A Flow Software Case Study
Tegel, New Zealand’s premier poultry producer with around 2,100 employees, faced fragmented business systems and clunky, expensive middleware that slowed projects and required external specialists. Seeking a simple, configurable integration tool their internal IT team could manage, Tegel chose Flow Software’s middleware platform.
Flow Software provided the middleware, hands-on training and canned examples that let Tegel integrate MTech and mill applications across three feed mill sites, track raw-material receipts through production to finished feed, and use robust error handling (soft fail/retry/hard fail). The result was automated data exchanges that had been impossible for 5–6 years, centralized master-data control, much less manual work, faster processes and an internal capability to run future integrations without heavy external support.
