Messaging solution gives Fliway wings

Fliway, a New Zealand transport and logistics group with 13 branches and multiple business units (Transport, Logistics and International), needed to replace its legacy middleware with a more flexible electronic data interchange (EDI) solution to standardise interfaces, cope with customers’ ERP systems and handle large data volumes. Fliway selected Flow Software and implemented Flow Software Middleware/Flow EDI to meet those integration and automation requirements.

Flow Software staged a migration of internal and customer systems, replacing custom interfaces with its EDI/middleware and automating workflow steps across Fliway’s logistics processes. The result was elimination of double data entry, fewer inaccuracies, faster processing and real-time visibility for customers—improving data integrity, operational efficiency and Fliway’s ability to scale and maintain on‑time, damage‑free delivery. Flow Software’s platform also reduced manual tasks and supported ongoing upgrades and growth.
