Connect NZ, an IT services company serving New Zealand since 1979, faced a complex data flow challenge: its Autotask CRM (used for scheduling, service delivery and SLAs) needed to be tightly integrated with its Greentree ERP (financials, stock control and billing). To eliminate repetitive manual data entry and give teams immediate visibility across systems, Connect NZ engaged Flow Software to design and deliver the integration.
Flow Software implemented an automated electronic data interchange linking accounts, products, inventory and invoices between Greentree and Autotask, synchronising five modules and removing manual hand-offs. The integration eliminated much of the manual entry, cut administrative overhead (reducing the admin team from seven people to two) and dramatically shortened the work-entry process, improving accuracy, lowering cost and boosting staff morale while giving project managers instant business visibility via Autotask.
