Heirloom delivers its ‘top customer service’ promise

Heirloom International, a leading New Zealand manufacturer and distributor of bathroom products, needed to increase administrative efficiency, meet the EDI requirements of key customers, and improve customer service and order visibility. To address these challenges, Heirloom engaged Flow Software to implement its B2BG customer EDI module (a Windows-based solution built on Microsoft SQL Server).

Flow Software configured the B2BG solution to automate order and invoice processing, provide real-time product/stock search and enable order tracking. The implementation reduced order and invoice processing times, improved accuracy, enabled real-time tracking for customers, and positioned Heirloom as an industry leader across its major retail and trade accounts.
