Flow Software connected Villa Maria’s CRM, ERP and warehouse systems so orders received via CRM or EDI are automatically validated (pricing, availability, stock), recorded in the ERP and sent to the warehouse for picking, with only exceptions reviewed manually. The Flow Software implementation now processes 100% of NZ customer orders, eliminated over 160 hours of manual data entry each month (saving at least one FTE), and enabled same‑day dispatch for faster customer service.
