CodeBlue Limited, a provider of IT support services, faced a growing data‑disconnect as it adopted more business applications and needed to synchronise information across four disparate systems. Introduced to Flow Software by MYOB New Zealand, CodeBlue initially needed quotes and sales orders moved from their IT Quoter procurement app into MYOB Exo and to keep customer data consistent across systems.

Flow Software implemented Flow to automate the transfer of quotes and sales orders into MYOB Exo (as sales and purchase orders), and subsequently extended the integration to synchronise Microsoft CRM (the central customer system) and JobTrack. Over an 18‑month rollout the solution eliminated manual data reconciliation, maintained consistent customer records across four applications, supported growth without adding administrative headcount, and runs continuously without staff intervention.
