CSA Group, a global leader in safety, testing and inspection services that uses Salesforce to connect 2,000 employees and manage 35,000 clients, faced deployment pain points: profile problems with change sets, having to recreate change sets across QA-to-production phases, time-consuming field documentation, failed deployments, no rollback capability, and difficulty scheduling releases across time zones.
