How Florence partnered with a top-10 CRO to enable remote site access at 15, paper based research sites in Australia in only three days.

Clinical Research Organization, a top-10 CRO with hundreds of studies and sites worldwide, needed to rapidly enable remote study start-up, site access, and monitoring for Australian sites that were still using regulatory paper binders and analog processes. Florence Healthcare was engaged to replace those manual workflows with a digital solution, deploying its electronic Investigator Site File (eISF).

Florence Healthcare implemented a three-day rollout of the eISF to 15 Australian sites, training CRAs to onboard sites during Site Initiation Visits and integrating the site eISF with the CRO’s eTMF for streamlined document collection and QA. The deployment onboarded 15 international sites in three days, enabled remote study start-up and monitoring, transitioned sites to digital workflows, trained the CRO workforce to scale rapid deployments, and added to the more than 7,200 investigators already using Florence Healthcare’s tool.
