Using Floify, Texas Home Loans moved to a secure, centralized workflow that reduced data entropy and sped qualification and processing: Dill reports average time savings of 5–10 hours per loan for loan officers and 10–15 hours per loan for processors, plus roughly 2–4 hours saved per loan from automated reminders. Floify’s portal also improved borrower and realtor satisfaction, increased repeat business, and allowed the firm to handle greater volume with the same staff while delivering faster, more secure loan decisions.
