Zumper, a San Francisco–based rental marketplace with 128 employees, needed to consolidate and simplify its HRIS and onboarding while transitioning from a PEO. To automate offer letters, simplify new-hire workflows and reduce administrative overhead, Zumper adopted Flock’s HRIS (Flock Plan) for its HR operations.
Flock implemented its HRIS platform for onboarding, offboarding and time-off, providing easy task setup and tracking for admins and a simple self-onboarding experience for employees. As a result, more than 90% of Zumper’s new hires complete onboarding tasks before their first day, streamlining HR processes, saving substantial setup time and improving overall task management.
