Ray White Canberra, Australia’s largest property advertiser, needed an affordable, easy way to create professional electronic presentations and Welcome Packs for new owners without outsourcing. The marketing team, led by Karen Ferguson, chose FlippingBook and its FlippingBook Publisher desktop software to build branded, multimedia publications that could be embedded on their website and distributed on USBs.

FlippingBook allowed Ray White Canberra to quickly produce interactive, branded publications with embedded videos and links—used for biannual CityStyle Magazine and owners’ Welcome Packs—and to host them online and on USB drives. As a result, the team reduced reliance on external vendors, sped up content creation, and is rolling FlippingBook into administrative workflows for Strata while expecting direct owner feedback on the new packs.
