DMS Connect, an Alberta-based print company serving REALTORS® across Canada, needed a way to bring its personalized, relationship-building printed newsletters into the digital mix. After evaluating options, DMS chose FlippingBook and its FlippingBook Publisher product to create clean, modern digital versions of its newsletters that agents could share on websites, social media, and email.
Using FlippingBook, DMS implemented digital newsletters and standalone e-newsletters with embedded links, video and images, a persistent upload-and-update workflow, and a browsable bookshelf of resources. FlippingBook’s tools let DMS update content without requiring agents to repost links, streamlined sales and marketing by replacing multiple PDF attachments, expanded the company’s online presence since 2012, and increased agent and client engagement and satisfaction.
