Providence Anesthesiology Associates (PAA), a team of 60+ anesthesiologists serving more than 100,000 patients a year across 19 U.S. locations, needed a mobile solution to give employees and clinicians easy access to critical tools and information. After evaluating DIY app builders and custom developers, PAA chose Fliplet because it could support the required Box integration, bespoke customization, offline access, and secure HIPAA-compliant authentication at a lower cost.

With Fliplet, PAA built a centralized mobile dashboard app that pulls in internal documents, surveys, data collection tools, and key resources into one place, with quick passcode/Touch ID access and instant updates. The app is now used by all PAA physicians, has improved access to information and security control, and cut authentication time by more than half; PAA is also using Fliplet to rapidly create additional client apps, with two demo apps underway and a goal of four client apps in six months.
