Masanga UK, the NGO supporting Masanga Hospital in Sierra Leone, needed a better way to deliver medical training in a setting with poor connectivity, limited devices, and no technical or design resources. Fliplet helped provide a digital training approach to solve these challenges.

Fliplet built a mobile and web app for Masanga that delivered offline-accessible training content, registration, topic-based learning, case scenarios, notifications, gamification, and microlearning features. The solution reduced printing and IT costs, improved access to up-to-date materials, and increased productivity by letting users quickly find relevant content in one app. It also improved knowledge visibility with before-and-after assessments, helping Masanga better understand training impact and support better care for patients.
