Colgate’s Global Legal Organization (GLO), a team of over 200 legal professionals across 30+ countries, needed a better way to share information, improve communication, and strengthen corporate culture. Their existing intranet and knowledge-sharing tools were difficult to update, overloaded with outdated content, and depended on developers to make changes. Colgate worked with Fliplet and its app-building platform to create the GLO Center App.

With Fliplet, Colgate launched a flexible, easy-to-maintain GLO Center App that connects employees to people, documents, news, and other key resources in just a few taps, while integrating with Google Apps and supporting desktop and mobile use. The result was a high-functioning portal that improved day-to-day workflows and reduced time spent searching for information, with measurable impact including 80% repeat engagement, over 12,000 screen views, and regular use by 200 employees.
