Dough is an independent UK-based pizzeria chain (founded 2017) with three Merseyside outlets that wanted to scale up while taking control of online orders, cutting costly aggregator fees, and improving back-of-house operations. To solve this, Dough partnered with Flipdish to power its own branded website and app and to provide terminals and live reporting for order management.

Flipdish implemented a direct online ordering platform, app and in-store terminals with real-time sales reporting, which led to consistent sales growth and an additional uplift after the app launch. The Flipdish solution improved staff efficiency and order handling, helped Dough save thousands in aggregator fees (versus aggregators charging up to 30%), and positioned the brand for further expansion toward its goal of 10 sites.
