Flipdish implemented an integrated ordering system and POS connection that automated order processing, improved customer engagement and lowered commission costs. Since going live with Flipdish in October 2018, De Frietist saw consistent monthly revenue growth (peaking near €20,000 in May–June), recorded a 166% increase in total sales from January to June 2019, and reported a 46% cost saving versus third‑party ordering portals, while staff could focus more on preparing food.
