First Thought Financial Services, a Hertfordshire-based mortgage and insurance broker, had grown from a two-person start-up to a team of advisers but was still managing leads with emails, documents and spreadsheets. Faced with missed opportunities and unsustainable manual processes as they expanded, they selected FLG — subscribing to FLG’s CRM with the Concierge plan — to capture enquiries, centralise lead data and provide the reporting and integrations they needed.
