WiSER Interiors, a 30-year-old Surrey-based family business that supplies and installs motorised blinds, needed a modern way to manage a high volume of consultations, site surveys and installations across field-based staff. Booking had been handled by recording events in FLG, but without calendar integration consultants had to manually copy details into their own diaries, leading to inefficiency and sync issues—so WiSER adopted FLG’s new Appointments feature to solve the problem.
FLG’s Appointments checks availability in external calendars (notably Google Calendar), lets administrators create bookings from a lead summary, writes the event into the user’s calendar, and sends templated confirmation emails while keeping FLG fully in sync. The result for WiSER Interiors has been less manual copying, faster scheduling, one authoritative calendar view for the whole team, easier on-the-road access to appointment and customer history, and improved planning and logistics thanks to FLG’s seamless integration.
