A FLG Case Study
Professional Leads, a Yorkshire-based lead generation company, approached FLG to solve a major bottleneck: getting signed Letters of Authority (LOAs) from pension-holding leads so financial advisers can access client data. The traditional LOA process could take up to two months (and up to five months to transact), delaying advice and payment; Professional Leads wanted a faster, more integrated way to obtain consent. They used the FLG platform, specifically the new customer-facing Journeys feature, to tackle this challenge.
FLG built pre-populated, customer-facing Journeys with e-signature capability and template variables so LOAs pull data from the initial enquiry and show the requesting client’s details. In trials with Professional Leads’ largest client, online LOA completion rose to as much as 9%, and Professional Leads report on average 2–3 out of 10 leads now complete an online LOA—cutting LOA turnaround from around two months to as little as five minutes and enabling advisers to prioritise hot leads, speed up transactions and improve cash flow. FLG’s solution is now available to all Professional Leads clients.
