Norwich-based mortgage and protection broker NM Finance, established in 1998, needed to replace a bespoke VBScript CRM with a web-based SaaS system that was easy to implement and offered enhanced client collaboration, smoother integrations, and simpler ongoing management. After evaluating several vendors, NM Finance chose FLG and its CRM software to centralise workflows, improve client communication and support remote working.
FLG delivered a Concierge onboarding and configuration, automating real-time website lead capture and distribution, adding eSigning and online forms, and building workflow logic (including a duplicate-case/linked-lead feature later rolled out as off-the-shelf functionality). As a result, NM Finance has streamlined admin, increased productivity, shortened end-to-end case timelines, and seen completed mortgage packs returned in as little as 90 minutes, with automated client communications and task assignment improving overall service delivery.
