How Earcandy use FLG to provide live entertainment that exceeds customer expectations

Earcandy is a UK live-music agency that prides itself on personal, hand-picked entertainment for weddings and events. Founded by Ben Rogers, the team of eight agents struggled for years with manual spreadsheets and an early CRM that didn’t give quick access to customer communication or automate repetitive tasks. To deliver a consistently responsive, relationship-driven service they needed a better CRM—so Earcandy became an FLG customer in 2011.

FLG configured its CRM around Earcandy’s processes and added workflows, webhook/API integrations, multi-channel contact (including two-way SMS) and reporting & analytics so leads trigger immediate notifications, artists are prompted to update details, and routine tasks are automated. That automation freed the team to build relationships and react quickly (notably securing a replacement band days before a wedding), and helped Earcandy scale to around 30 acts and roughly 1,000 events a year, driving repeat business and referrals—results directly enabled by FLG.
