MinterEllison, a multinational law firm, needed a faster and more efficient way to give clients real-time access to legal matter information and keep correspondence and documents available in their own secure systems. To address these challenges, the firm turned to FlexRule and its Decision Robotics solution for intelligent automation of legal matter management and operational processes.

FlexRule implemented a decision-centric RPA bot that monitors emails and the matter management system, then updates the client portal based on incoming prompts. The solution enabled real-time client updates, automated thousands of documents into the client system, and saved the legal teams more than 60,000 minutes per year in administration, while also eliminating the burden of managing an additional web portal for uploads.
