MLP, a financial services provider, wanted to modernize its sales advisory experience and move toward digital consulting, but complex internal processes and a challenging Citrix environment slowed implementation. To support this transition, MLP worked with Flexperto and its communication cloud to determine technical requirements, involve key departments, and ensure a secure, scalable rollout for advisors in the field.
Flexperto ran a four-day Sprint Week with workshops for IT, consultants, branch managers, and security teams, followed by live testing and a clear customer success plan for onboarding and training. The result was a nationwide rollout to more than 2,000 advisors, over 5,000 online consultations per week in 2021, and a peak of 8,000 sales meetings per month after six months of deployment.
