With Flexperto, Helvetia introduced a full digital sales and consultation workflow, including online appointment booking, video chat, screen sharing, co-browsing, document collaboration, and mobile contract signing. The rollout helped agents conduct more than 20 meetings per month during the pilot, cut average consultation time to 24 minutes, and delivered strong customer satisfaction results, with 80% of customers reporting an outstanding experience and 85% saying they would renew their experience.
