Research Panel Builds Continuous Customer Connection

Sure Telecom, a customer-centric telecoms provider serving the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, the South Atlantic and Diego Garcia, needed a better way to research its widely dispersed customer base. Its reliance on face-to-face methods was becoming costly and made it harder to achieve accurate sampling, broad reach, and frequent feedback, so it turned to FlexMR and its online research panel tools.

FlexMR created and managed a fully hosted research panel for Sure Telecom, using tools including Focus GroupMR, Question BoardMR, SurveyMR and Quick PollMR to gather both qualitative and quantitative insight. This gave Sure a continuous stream of customer feedback, helped it keep participants engaged, and supported changes such as new advertising, in-store messaging, account management software development, and a new operational plan.
