How We Drive Informed Decisions and Champion Insight

Isagenix, a multinational direct sales health and wellness company, needed a new research and technology partner to host and manage its IsaInsights panel with greater control, flexibility, and global scalability. The goal was to put customer insight at the heart of more business decisions while supporting an in-house team that needed to conduct more research quickly and effectively.

FlexMR built a new IsaInsights panel on the InsightHub platform, combining qualitative and quantitative tools such as Focus GroupMR, Question BoardMR, SurveyMR, and diary/forum-style research, alongside panel management and insight delivery services. With FlexMR’s support, Isagenix was able to run agile research in-house, deepen customer understanding, and inform strategic decisions including the launch of its Essence essential oils line in August 2018.
