A FlexMR Case Study
The Caravan and Motorhome Club, Europe’s largest touring community, wanted to understand how rising numbers of electric and hybrid vehicles would affect member needs and campsite requirements before investing in major site upgrades. To do this, the club partnered with FlexMR and used its Question BoardMR online qualitative research tool to gather in-depth feedback from members across a geographically dispersed audience.
FlexMR ran a three-day asynchronous focus group, using a campsite map and guided questions to explore charging point placement, charging speed, and payment preferences. The study produced actionable insights that were shared with stakeholders within days, helping the Caravan and Motorhome Club build realistic redevelopment timelines, shape discussions on required facilities, and immediately inform work on the first campsite planned for EV and hybrid vehicle charging.
