Credit Valley Hospital (CVH), a leading healthcare provider in Mississauga and the surrounding region, was operating on an aging wired and wireless network that was becoming unstable, difficult to maintain, and unable to support the growing demands of the organization. In 2009, FlexITy Solutions was brought in to help modernize the hospital’s infrastructure and enable a converged communications environment, including data, voice, video, and wireless services.

FlexITy Solutions designed and implemented a highly available Cisco core and access network, along with upgraded wireless coverage across the campus, to support mission-critical applications and future expansion. The new platform improved availability, scalability, and mobility, enabled integration with existing telephony and hospital systems, and helped strengthen unified communications and clinical applications throughout the LHIN.
