The Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) is an independent, non-partisan think tank focused on international governance, with ambitious goals to expand research, policy influence, and global collaboration. As it opened the Balsillie School of International Affairs in Waterloo, CIGI needed a better way to connect its academics, residents, and international experts and support more effective communication and collaboration. FlexITy Solutions was brought in to help meet that challenge.

FlexITy Solutions designed and integrated a network and collaboration environment that included Unified Communications, TelePresence, immersive video conferencing, and digital media, built on Cisco technologies. The solution enabled more efficient internal communication, smarter recruiting, and greater flexibility for online collaboration with experts around the world, while delivering a reliable, consistent high-quality video experience.
