Virtual Hold Technology (VHT) is a contact center software provider that helps customers improve caller and agent experiences. VHT needed to replace an FTP-based delivery process with an electronic software delivery and entitlement management solution to accelerate revenue recognition, improve the customer experience, and better support channel partners.
Flexera’s Software Monetization (FlexNet Operations and FlexNet Electronic Software Delivery) was implemented to automate delivery and entitlements. The new system enabled earlier and more accurate revenue recognition, higher customer satisfaction, easier channel access to licenses (including attaching third‑party licenses to entitlements), and better data for decision-making.
