The University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG), one of the Netherlands’ largest hospitals supporting thousands of staff, students, patients and visitors, faced a major IT challenge: migrating from Windows XP to Windows 7 and rolling out virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and App‑V delivery.
