Kuoni gives 10,000 employees access to 200+ apps with Flexera

Kuoni, a global travel management company, faced challenges with high IT costs and significant delays in software deployment to its 10,000 employees worldwide. Their existing solution was inefficient and required frequent manual intervention. To address this, Kuoni partnered with vendor Flexera to find a more robust way to manage application access and automate their processes.

The solution implemented was Flexera's App Broker integrated with Microsoft SCCM, which created a self-service enterprise app store for users. Flexera's AdminStudio was also used to automate application packaging. This resulted in employees gaining seamless access to over 200 applications, a major reduction in routine service desk calls, and lower IT costs and resource requirements. Flexera's tools also provided the efficiency to handle unanticipated projects like integrating newly acquired companies.
