New York Life’s Tampa Operations, a division of the Fortune 100 insurer, was running Windows 2000 on over 350 desktops and servers and struggling with high help-desk volume, unstable desktops and frequent software installation conflicts. The IT team needed to repackage all applications and move from manual installs to an automated, reliable deployment process.
