American Residential Services rolls out enterprise platform across 75 businesses with Flexential

American Residential Services (ARS) needed greater control and performance for its in-house enterprise application than its previous cloud solution could provide. This challenge was intensified as the company was implementing a new AI-enabled dispatching platform for its 6,500 employees. ARS partnered with vendor Flexential to find a solution that would meet its intensifying requirements without overburdening its internal IT team.

Flexential implemented its Hosted Private Cloud - Advanced Access solution, providing ARS with the control of an on-premises environment without the infrastructure management burden. They also deployed Flexential's Disaster-Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS) for resiliency. This high-performing infrastructure from Flexential allowed ARS to successfully roll out its AI platform, which automated and optimized complex routing decisions to improve dispatch efficiency, profitability, and the customer experience.
