Innovel, a nationwide 3PL provider, recognizes FLEXE as a strategic partner for business growth

Innovel, a nationwide third-party logistics provider and subsidiary of Transformco, needed a way to better utilize excess warehouse capacity and create more year-round business as eCommerce and retail demand shifted. To address this challenge, Innovel partnered with FLEXE and used FLEXE’s on-demand warehousing platform and cloud-based WMS to take on additional fulfillment, inventory overflow, and retail distribution projects.

With FLEXE, Innovel added a steady pipeline of opportunities across the U.S. and managed more than 50 projects, serving 22 FLEXE customers in 2019 alone. The partnership helped Innovel store more than 54,000 pallets and ship over 740,000 parcels in 2019, while FLEXE projects accounted for 30-40% of Innovel’s capacity and supported ongoing growth for both companies.
