Titan Company engaged Flex to help bring the Fastrack Reflex Wav — the world’s slimmest gesture-controlled smart band — to market. Targeting urban youth, Titan faced tight cost targets and the engineering challenge of assembling a 9mm‑thin device in a highly controlled environment, requiring specialized manufacturing expertise and design optimization.

Flex used its Sketch-to-Scale® engineering and manufacturing services for Reflex Wav, including PCBA redesign (integrating circuit boards, metal parts and battery packs), prototyping, testing and validation, GPSC procurement support, PCB assembly, NPI, pilot/volume ramping and lean process improvements. As a result, Flex helped Titan meet market-entry cost and timeline targets, lower product costs, improve manufacturing scalability and deliver a multifunctional wearable to market successfully.
