East Valley Nissan, a customer-focused dealership in Mesa, Arizona selling 225–300 cars monthly and maintaining about 600 vehicles in inventory, faced a persistent problem: locating specific cars for test drives and lot operations was slow and frustrating, sometimes taking 15–20 minutes and hurting customer excitement and CSI scores.

The dealership implemented Kahu, a connected-car solution with GPS and smart features that cuts locating time by about 30 minutes, pinpoints vehicles to within 4 feet, manages battery health, recovers stolen cars in roughly 26 minutes, and drives service revenue through a branded app. Preloaded across the lot, Kahu helped East Valley streamline operations and customer experience — and since the March 2018 rollout the store hasn’t missed a CSI KPI goal.
