Stanley Steemer, the nation’s largest carpet cleaning company with more than 300 locations in 48 states and over 3,000 service vans, relied on slow, paper-based vehicle inspections that pulled technicians away from core work and required hours of manual data entry. With each out-of-service vehicle representing significant lost revenue, the company needed a faster, more reliable way to keep vehicles safe, clean and on the road.

Stanley Steemer piloted Fleetio’s mobile Inspections app and has deployed it to 65 branches, moving inspections onto tablets and eliminating manual entry. Technicians now complete comprehensive weekly checks in about 10 minutes (down from over an hour), cutting inspection time by more than 83% and enabling customizable forms, greater transparency, and streamlined fleet and business operations.
