Slick Trade, led by Krystal Comber, is an online trading community and academy that needed a dependable chat platform to run live trading rooms, deliver tutorials, manage members and coordinate support. After struggling with Facebook Messenger and then losing Kato Chat when it shut down, Slick Trade adopted Fleep as their communication platform to provide the reliable, feature-rich chat they required.

Fleep supplies Slick Trade with group and one-to-one conversations, file and image sharing, easy member add/remove controls, email notifications (helpful for Windows Phone users) and support for remote chart setup via TeamViewer links. The switch to Fleep stabilized their live trading room, improved collaboration and member onboarding, and helped members share real trading results (for example a post reporting 140+ pips on NZD/USD), making Fleep a core part of Slick Trade’s operations.
