Kodasema, a startup rethinking how houses are built (notably their KODA prototype), needed a way to coordinate a core team of about 20 people plus 40–50 external partners and advisors across architecture, engineering and manufacturing. To avoid time‑consuming, space‑dependent meetings, they turned to Fleep and its conversation rooms to enable multi‑disciplinary, asynchronous collaboration.

Fleep provided structured conversation “big rooms” — some for internal workflow and others bringing in partners by topic — making information easy to organize and retrieve. As a result, Kodasema dramatically reduced the need for physical meetings and now, “with a few exceptions, Fleep is really the only way we communicate” with most partners, improving collaboration across the project.
