Greenice, a 35-person web development agency founded in 2007, needed to replace a discontinued messenger and bring all work communications into one place for their team, contractors and clients. They evaluated options and adopted Fleep, using its open-network team chat to unite internal conversations and external collaborators in a single platform.
Fleep was implemented across the whole Greenice organization with dedicated conversations for general topics (e.g., “Official”, “Talks”) and role-based groups (Sales, Project Managers, Team Leaders), plus features like pinned messages, seen-by read receipts, @mentions, Monologue notes and emoji reactions. As a result, all 35 team members and many contractors now use Fleep, gaining centralized contacts, clearer organization, easier access to commonly used files and visibility into who has read messages—improving daily coordination and separation of work and personal communications.
