The customer needed a reliable Revit MEP service provider to develop 41 apartment models from a single building plan and deliver the work within 30 days, despite frequent client changes and markup conflicts.

Flatworld Solutions assigned six full-time resources, including five drafters and one quality control staff member, to create and coordinate the Revit MEP models using Revit 2018 based on files and labels shared via Dropbox. Flatworld Solutions completed all 41 models within the planned deadline, resolved revisions through rework and quality checks, and delivered coordinated drawings and models that pleased the customer, leading to a promise of future outsourcing.
