Flatworld Solutions worked with Gulf Based Company, a premier Gulf engineering services provider serving industries such as infrastructure and construction. The customer needed to increase the load capacity of its project-site mass lift from 1 ton to 3 tons, and required accurate Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Fatigue Analysis (FA) to support the upgrade.

Flatworld Solutions used Pro/ENGINEER (ProE) to perform FEA and fatigue analysis, built a detailed bill of materials, and ran full simulations to optimize the lift design for safety and performance. As a result, Flatworld Solutions increased the lift’s capacity from 1 ton to 3 tons, raised its height from 5 meters to 6 meters, and achieved a safety factor of 2, while also delivering analysis reports and AVI simulation files on a short turnaround and at cost-effective rates.
