A Large Furnishing Firm, one of the oldest and largest furnishing companies in the US, needed help updating its catalog database as part of a critical business process. It was already using an in-house team, but required Flatworld Solutions to work concurrently to clear backlogs, improve speed, and handle the complex data processing workload tied to supplier catalogs.

Flatworld Solutions set up secure remote connectivity using Check Point VPN software and an IBM emulator to connect to the customer’s AS400 server, then trained a dedicated 10-member team on the three-step catalog data update process.
