Qualifi, an HR technology company, helps high-volume recruiters screen candidates through on-demand phone interviews. Its customers often wanted to upload applicant records from their applicant tracking systems, but many avoided paying extra ATS integration fees, leading them to manually enter data into Qualifi — a process that could take more than 30 minutes per 100 applicant records.
