Weight Watchers partnered with Flashtalking to better measure the performance of its upper-funnel creative. The company needed a more accurate way to understand which creative was actually driving conversions, beyond click-through rates and last-touch metrics.

Flashtalking implemented Creative Analytics, using algorithmic conversion path models to evaluate creative concepts and versions based on their real propensity to convert. The solution revealed that overperforming creatives were 45% more efficient than average and 9x more efficient than underperformers, while underperforming creatives accounted for 77% of impressions. Flashtalking also showed that 79% more conversions could be attached to digital media touch points using additional tracking and cross-device insights, helping Weight Watchers reduce waste and optimize media and creative.
