FlashPoint implemented a multifaceted, yearlong program called Leadership 20/20, which was designed around The Leadership Challenge® Workshop. The solution included 360-degree assessments, interactive workshops, individual coaching, and development tools. The results were significant, with post-program assessments showing stronger scores in 93% of critical leadership behaviors, 100% of participants achieving their development goals, and leaders reporting a strong ability to apply the concepts directly to their roles.
