Renaissance Tower, a 56-story office skyscraper in downtown Dallas with high-profile tenants, needed a modern, secure and cost-efficient parking system as upgrading its existing equipment became more expensive than replacement. The building engaged FlashParking to provide an updated parking platform (FlashPARCS) that could meet tenant expectations and integrate seamlessly into the existing garage infrastructure.

FlashParking implemented FlashPARCS with 6 Entry/Exit Smart Stations and 2 Pay-on-Foot Smart Stations (including a cash machine with bill note recycler), Automatic Vehicle Identification using Transcore UHF tags for monthly parkers, and a FlashCare Maintenance Kit with plug-and-play parts. The solution enabled seamless ingress/egress for tenants, easy self-service payments for visitors, simplified on-site maintenance to reduce repair costs and downtime, and outsourced 98% of PCI duties to FlashParking as the only Level 1 service provider in the industry.
