Parkway Partners with Flash for an Enterprise-Scale Network of Dynamic Technology

Parkway Corporation, a Philadelphia-based parking owner and operator, faced imminent obsolescence of its legacy technology and needed to reduce system complexity while preserving security, stability and scalability. They partnered with FlashParking to migrate to a cloud-born, single-platform solution (FlashOS) and related services such as FlashIQ, FlashMotion, Bluetooth access and LPR integrations to modernize operations and enable contactless parking.

FlashParking implemented a next-generation, enterprise-scale deployment—230 devices across 24 facilities in four states—consolidating access control, validations and mobile/BL E workflows onto FlashOS. The migration avoided a six-figure capital outlay, eliminated recurring mechanical errors and lost tickets, increased uptime and revenue, sped egress with LPR, and delivered a safer, more seamless experience for both monthly and transient parkers.
